Acceptance of Terms
Clout Talent is a trading name of Beige Penguin Ltd (Company No. 16348076), registered at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. By accessing or using the website and services of Clout Talent, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
Services Description
Clout Talent provides talent management, creator coaching, and brand partnership services. Our services include but are not limited to: representation of digital creators and influencers, content strategy development, brand deal negotiation, career guidance, and related advisory services. Specific services are set out in individual representation agreements.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or enter into a representation agreement. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

Content you create remains your property; representation agreements may grant us limited rights for the purpose of promoting and managing your career.
Fees and Commission
Fees and commission structures are set out in individual representation agreements. We operate on a commission-based model; specific rates and payment terms will be agreed in writing before any representation begins.
Cancellation
Where the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 apply, you may have statutory cancellation rights. For services entered into at a distance, cancellation periods and procedures will be communicated at the time of engagement. For ongoing representation, termination rights are governed by your individual agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clout Talent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable law.
Confidentiality
We treat information disclosed to us in the course of our relationship as confidential, subject to our privacy policy. You agree to keep confidential any proprietary information we share with you in connection with our services.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Dispute Resolution
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any concerns. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, we may agree to mediation or other alternative dispute resolution before pursuing legal action.
